Overview
This luxury 3BHK penthouse interior design project in Ambattur was curated for Ms. Ragini, with a clear vision to create a lavish, spacious, and elegant home that reflects modern luxury living. The penthouse was designed to balance grandeur with comfort, featuring premium materials, customized furniture, and thoughtfully planned layouts.

Living Room Design
The living room features a double-height ceiling with a full-height custom TV unit extending from floor to ceiling. Trending materials such as fluted panels, textured stone finishes, and subtle metal accents were used to create a statement wall. Imported luxury furniture, designer lighting, and indoor trees near large windows add to the richness of the space while allowing natural light to enhance the interiors.
Dining Area
The dining space is designed to make a bold impression with an 8-seater epoxy dining table. The table combines a natural wood base with a deep blue epoxy resin finish, creating a premium and artistic focal point. Statement pendant lights and elegant wall finishes elevate the dining experience, making it perfect for both family gatherings and entertaining guests.
Kitchen Design
The penthouse features a spacious acrylic modular kitchen measuring 20×15 feet. High-gloss acrylic cabinets with gola profile handles ensure a sleek and seamless appearance. A large island kitchen sized 6×4 feet serves as both a preparation and social space. Quartz countertops, premium appliances, and efficient storage solutions make the kitchen highly functional while maintaining a luxury aesthetic.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom, sized 16×10 feet, is designed with a sophisticated grey color palette. It features full-length swing wardrobes, imported bedroom furniture, elegant wall paneling, and soft ambient lighting. The overall design creates a calm and luxurious retreat for the homeowner.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 is designed with a distinct color theme different from the master bedroom. It includes an 8×9 feet topline sliding wardrobe, a modern bed, and premium finishes. The space is styled to feel contemporary, comfortable, and refined.
Kids Bedroom
The kids bedroom is designed with a vibrant and playful theme. Colorful wall designs, a custom bunk bed (bunker cot), dedicated study space, and kid-friendly lighting create an energetic and joyful environment. Every detail is planned to ensure safety, creativity, and comfort for children.
Family Lounge & Play Area
A dedicated family room and play area were designed to encourage relaxation and entertainment. The space includes indoor sports elements such as a soccer board and a snooker board, along with comfortable seating and warm lighting. This area serves as a perfect zone for family bonding and recreation.
Materials & Finishes
Premium plywood, high-quality laminates, acrylic finishes, quartz countertops, soft-close hardware, imported furniture, and designer lighting were used throughout the penthouse to ensure durability and luxury.
